We’ve only eaten in the restaurant once, it kind of seems like nobody does, but we get takeout here any time we want sushi. Their specialty rolls are SO good! Especially the volcano and spicy girl and sunrise and paradise... just a few of our favorites. :)
I've been to many sushi places in CT before. This is by far the best that I have tried. Great proportions. Fair pricing. The fatty tuna sashimi is out of this world. My only criticism is the floor when you initially walk in can be cleaner. Other than that, the food and atmosphere is great !
Went here last minute.. had no idea when we walked in but absolutely knew after leaving. A real un expected hidden gem.
Six of us met for lunch on a Saturday. The place has been through several owners. The decor is beautiful with flowers and classic teapots on display. We were promptly seated. Server came right over with menus. Drink orders were quickly taken and served. There were several servers helping us. Two of us got the special “Initial Roll” plus avocado salad. My wife ordered the pineapple fried rice. Others had sushi and tempura. All was delicious. We will definitely come back again.
Went for lunch with my girlfriend she LOVED the place, sushi and soup was amazing! No joke, this is an amazing place I'm glad I didn't just drive past it. Super amazing decor inside. Gives an amazing atmosphere. Kinda made me feel like I was back in the 90s but in a very very good way if you get what I mean. Planning on driving all the way from Danbury again next weekend.
SO GOOD! THIS PLACE NEEDS MORE HYPE!! I don't usually leave reviews, but I knew i had to after I came here. Service was amazing, food came very quickly, and it was all delicious!! Was not expensive either. Green tea ice cream, pork gyoza, and pad thai are a MUST TRY!! For those who have allergies, the waitress made sure to inform me that my pad thai had peanuts before I ordered it. Super considerate- definitely recommend.
i loved this place! the interior was really pretty and the service was super quick as well, at least when i went. the food there was so so so delicious. don't regret stopping here at all. prices are also really fair and overall cheap for most people. nice atmosphere and staff.
It's such a cute spot. I always pass it all the time on my way to work and had to try it. The service was very friendly. The food had various layers of flavor and texture, and my husband was practically drooling over his chicken katsu. Everything tasted particularly fresh as well. A great place for lunch.
